These terms govern your use of the Tavnetic website and services. By working with us, you agree to them. We’ve kept them plain and fair.
Our services
We provide software development, AI, cloud, marketing, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and price of any project are agreed in a separate proposal.
Quotes & payment
- Quotes are fixed for the agreed scope. Changes are agreed before extra work begins.
- Invoices are due as set out in your proposal, often in milestones.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the work we deliver for you, including code and assets, unless stated otherwise. We may use non-confidential work in our portfolio.
Warranties & liability
We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
